SGR Conversions Ltd was built on a simple idea: a garage conversion done by a specialist is a very different thing from a garage conversion done by a general builder. Insulation, damp, floor levels, ventilation and lighting all need handling properly if the finished room is going to feel like part of the house rather than a converted garage.
Over four and a half decades we’ve refined that process, and applied the same standards to garden rooms, annexes and conservatories. Everything is designed around your property, your budget and how you actually want to use the space.
We manage the complete project from the first site visit to the final coat of paint — structural work, insulation, glazing, electrics, plumbing, flooring and decoration. You deal with the same people throughout, and there’s no juggling of separate trades.
Plans change, and that’s fine. If you want to move a socket, change a finish or rethink a layout partway through, we’ll talk it through and adjust. Bespoke means bespoke.
